Presenting Carpe Telco, Flipside's first multi-theme camp wireless voice over IP network.

What can we say?  Someone was going to do it, and we have some experience in the area.

Participants are able to leave voicemails for the community and listen to random voicemails already left.  There will be a 24/7 conference call, a simulated 900 number, and many other bad ideas/features.

In its first year, Carpe Telco will consist of four stations:

• The Carpe Noctem Bar
• A bona fide payphone (location TBD)
• A blank-slate phone booth, to encourage Flipizens to graffiti (location TBD)
• Another beautiful and authentic phone booth hosted by Sparkedelica

We hope to work with interested theme camps to host more booths throughout the event in the future.  New features and expanded functionality are already in development!
